MONA HUK, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist.  Dr. Huk attended UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.  She completed an Internship at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital before completing her Residency in Psychiatry at Brown University.  Dr. Huk completed two Advanced Fellowships in Psychiatry at the Faulkner Hospital, where she currently is the Medical Director of the Psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Program. Dr. Huk is also speaks Spanish and Ukrainian.
 

AVAILABILITY

Dr. Huk is available on Monday, Tuesday morning, and Thursday afternoon in our Norwood office only.

 

INSURANCE NETWORKS

Health Plan Networks
This doctor participates in the Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim (UBH-Pacificare), Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Behavioral Health (UBH) networks.  

CIGNA and other network plans cover her services on an out of network basis. Payment for out of network services must be made at the time of service and the client must submit claims directly to the network. 

 

SERVICES PROVIDED

Dr. Huk provides psychiatric evaluation and pharmacological treatment only.  She only provides services for adults.  Dr. Huk is only accepting new patients who are currently receiving psychotherapy from a licensed mental health provider with whom she has a history of positive collaboration. A patient may request services with one of our psychologists first and then see Dr. Huk if necessary.
